Check MyTickster
For every purchase you made, where an email address was entered, a MyTickster account has been created for you. Using this account, you can track your previous purchases and easily find purchased tickets and other documents of value.

Look in your mailbox
Regardless of whether you bought the card via the online shop or in another way, you should have received a receipt sent to your email address. The sender is normally "Tickster" but can also be the organizer's name. Don't forget to check your spam and trash just in case the email has ended up there by mistake.
